TendemCare is an early-stage caregiver support platform currently offered as an interactive beta prototype. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you join the beta waitlist or send a message, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, the role you select, who you care for, and anything you choose to write in a free-text field.
We also collect anonymous usage analytics such as page views and general interaction patterns to understand how the site is used.
What we do not collect
Please do not submit protected health information, diagnoses, medication lists, or other confidential medical details through this website. TendemCare is not a medical service and this site is not a suitable place to store health records.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about beta testing, respond to your message, and improve the product. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
How we store it
Submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to approved TendemCare administrators. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security rules.
Your choices
You may ask us to remove your information at any time by sending a message through the contact form on our home page. We will delete your records promptly.
