Caregivers use our tools while tired, distracted, and often one-handed. Accessibility is a core part of how TendemCare is designed, not an afterthought.
What we build for
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidance: readable type sizes, strong colour contrast, visible focus outlines, generous touch targets, semantic headings, descriptive image alternatives, and full keyboard navigation.
In the prototype
The TendemCare app prototype is being built with large-print options, dark mode, and one-handed navigation so it stays usable in real caregiving moments.
